What’s wrong with it?
The overheating of the water may result in the release of steam, possibly causing the operator is to scald themselves, increasing the risk of injury.
Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain model year 2014 Regency GT 24MB motorhomes manufactured September 1, 2013, to December 1, 2013, equipped with certain Atwood on demand water heaters.
The affected water heaters have a water and gas valve that may cause the water heater to overheat the water in the hot water supply tap.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- This recall names only model years before 2015, which have no pages here. Your VIN, at NHTSA, says which recalls are open on a vehicle.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
