The short answer
NHTSA received Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S.’s report on Jul 9, 2013. Copied from NHTSA on Oct 20, 2026.
Every line below is in NHTSA’s own words, with its source beside it.
What’s wrong with it?
Without a label to identify the closest release mechanism, in the case of an emergency, passengers may spend extra time to find the location of an exit window release mechanism, increasing the risk of injury.
Temsa Global is recalling certain model year 2007-2013 TS35C and model year 2012-2013 TS30 coach buses.
The label indicating the nearest emergency exit window release mechanism may be missing.
Thus, these buses fail to conform with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 217, “Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release.”

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- This recall names only model years before 2015, which have no pages here. Your VIN, at NHTSA, says which recalls are open on a vehicle.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
