Every line below is in NHTSA’s own words, with its source beside it.
What’s wrong with it?
In the event of a crash, the bolts may break, failing to properly anchor the seat, increasing the risk of injury.
Temsa Global is recalling certain model year 2011-2013 TS35C motorcoach buses manufactured November 2010 through May 2013 and 2012-2013 TS30 motorcoach buses manufactured November 2011 through April 2013 and equipped with 3-point seat belts.
The bolts used for the installation of the seat were tighted over their torque specification which may cause the bolts to fail.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- This recall names only model years before 2015, which have no pages here. Your VIN, at NHTSA, says which recalls are open on a vehicle.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
