The short answer
NHTSA received Temsa Global Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S.’s report on Apr 10, 2013. Copied from NHTSA on Oct 26, 2026.
Every line below is in NHTSA’s own words, with its source beside it.
What’s wrong with it?
Without accurate gauges, the driver may not notice the pressure change in the secondary brake system. The driver may also not be aware of an ABS issue without the bulb illuminating each time the key is turned on. Either issue increases the risk of a crash.
Temsa Global is recalling certain model year 2011-2013 TS35C and 2012-2013 TS30 motor coach buses.
First, the two service air brake pressure gauges are both reading the pressure of the same air tank.
Second, the ABS system malfunction indicator light does not illuminate momentarily when the key is turned to the ‘ON’ or ‘RUN’ position.
Thus, these vehicles fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 121, “Air Brake Systems.”

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- This recall names only model years before 2015, which have no pages here. Your VIN, at NHTSA, says which recalls are open on a vehicle.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
