What’s wrong with it?
Separation of the rim and tire from the vehicle can result in a loss of control and a vehicle crash.
Autocar, LLC is recalling certain model year 2012-2013 Xpeditor vehicles manufactured March 13, 2012, through November 29, 2012; and with serial numbers in the range 214008 through 215308.
The vehicles are equipped with Hayes Lemmerz manufactured, model 90262, steel wheels.
Due to an inadequate weld between the wheel disc and rim, the disc can separate from the rim.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- This recall names only model years before 2015, which have no pages here. Your VIN, at NHTSA, says which recalls are open on a vehicle.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
