What’s wrong with it?
AN INACCURATE LABEL COULD LEAD TO IMPROPER VEHICLE LOADING SPECIFICATIONS WHICH COULD LEAD TO A TIRE FAILURE WHICH MAY RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
CROSSROADS IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2011 CROSSROADS CRUISER RECREATIONAL TRAILERS, MANUFACTURED FROM AUGUST 5, 2010, THROUGH DECEMBER 15, 2010.
THESE VEHICLES WERE MANUFACTURED WITH INCORRECT INFORMATION ON THE FEDERAL IDENTIFICATION TAG, TIRE AND LOADING INFORMATION LABEL AND THE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE CARGO CARRYING CAPACITY LABEL.
THUS, THESE VEHICLES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 120, TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- This recall names only model years before 2015, which have no pages here. Your VIN, at NHTSA, says which recalls are open on a vehicle.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
