What’s wrong with it?
As a consequence, the reflective properties of the warning triangle have been deminished and may not be clearly visible to oncoming traffic, increasing the risk of a crash.
Certain Choice 3 piece reflective warning trinagle kits sold by BHC Investment Corp., fail to conform to the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle safety Standard No. 125, “Warning Devices.” The measurement of the inner orange fluorescent material is smaller in width than required by the standard.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Which ones, by part or lot: the recall’s report on NHTSA’s site gives them where the maker did; this file gives part numbers only where its maker listed them.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
