What’s wrong with it?
UNINTENDED ACCELERATION COULD RESULT IN A CRASH.
BAD BOY ENTERPRISES IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009 AND 2010 LOW SPEED VEHICLES (LSV) KNOWN AS THE CLASSIC LSV MODEL (INCLUDING THE STRETCH MODELS) MANUFACTURED FROM NOVEMBER 10, 2009 THROUGH MAY 24, 2010.
THIS RECALL DOES NOT APPLY TO XT LSV MODELS.
THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL CAN BECOME DAMAGED DUE TO EXPOSURE TO WATER.
A DAMAGED PEDAL CAN SEND A VOLTAGE READING OUTSIDE THE RANGE EXPECTED BY THE CONTROLLER, AND THE CONTROLLER WILL SEND CURRENT AND VOLTAGE TO THE ELECTRIC MOTOR CAUSING UNINTENDED ACCELERATION.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- This recall names only model years before 2015, which have no pages here. Your VIN, at NHTSA, says which recalls are open on a vehicle.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
