What’s wrong with it?
THE MOVEMENT OF THE TRAILER, COMBINED WITH THE NORMAL REFRIGERATOR MOVEMENTS AND THE EFFECT OF THE HEAT, COULD CAUSE THE WIRING TO BE ABRADED, WEAR THROUGH THE WIRE INSULATION, AND CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT. IF SUCH SHORTING OCCURRED, A FIRE COULD RESULT.
ON CERTAIN TRAVEL TRAILERS, THE ELECTRICAL WIRING INSTALLED IN THE REAR OF THE REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT COULD CONTACT THE TOP METAL FINS OF THE REFRIGERATOR CONDENSER COIL.
THE HEATING COIL AND FINS COULD REACH TEMPERATURES THAT APPROACH THE TEMPERATURE RATING OF THE WIRING, AND THE METAL FINS HAVE SHARP EDGES THAT COULD CUT OR ABRADE THE SHEATHING OF THE WIRING.

What the record doesn’t say
- NHTSA’s recall file doesn’t say whether anyone was hurt.
- Whether one vehicle or seat has been fixed: only its maker, or NHTSA’s lookup with a VIN, can say.
- This recall names only model years before 2015, which have no pages here. Your VIN, at NHTSA, says which recalls are open on a vehicle.
- How many have been returned or fixed isn’t in the notice.
