What Kentucky’s list covers

The non-public schools the Kentucky Board of Education has certified, from its list of KBE Certified Non-Public Schools, each with its certification’s expiration date; one that has passed is shown as passed. Certification is voluntary (704 KAR 3:315), so the private schools that aren’t certified aren’t here. NCES’s survey counted 484 private schools in Kentucky in 2021-22.
